Terms and conditions

The platform allows users to upload or enter information about genuine purchases, centralize their invoices and generate a consolidated document based on that data.

The consolidated document is not a tax invoice issued by the store, marketplace, seller, manufacturer or customs authority.

Users must provide accurate registration information, protect their credentials and report unauthorized access.

The platform may suspend or block accounts where misuse, fraud, technical abuse or a breach of these terms is detected.

Users represent that entered data relates to a legitimate transaction and that they have the right to use it.

Inventing purchases, changing values, impersonating issuers, counterfeiting brands or using the service to evade tax or customs obligations is prohibited.

Payments are processed through Shopify or the provider shown at checkout. Consolidation and PDF generation begin after payment confirmation.

If payment was confirmed and the document cannot be generated because of a technical error attributable to the platform, the user may request correction, regeneration, or a refund within 7 calendar days. Correctly generated documents are not refundable unless there is a verified defect or a mandatory consumer right applies.

The platform does not guarantee that carriers, authorities, marketplaces or other institutions will accept the consolidated document.

Users are responsible for verifying the requirements that apply to their specific shipment, purchase or process.

The service may be changed, suspended or interrupted for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

The platform does not exclude mandatory consumer rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct and foreseeable loss connected to the service actually purchased.

The company may update these terms and will publish the date of the latest change.
